I love a good bargain, and fortunately for me, bargains aren’t too hard to find in NYC. A few weeks ago I explored Beacon’s Closet in Chelsea, but this week, I want to share another favorite hit-or-miss thrift store: Buffalo Exchange. If you don’t know what Buffalo Exchange is, 1. you are not a hipster (which may be a good thing in some people’s case) and 2. you probably are spending too much money on clothes.
The store is staffed by highly pretentious hipsters, but if you’re willing to dig through rack upon rack of gently used or new clothes, you’re sure to find something amazing. I’ve found several things at Buffalo Exchange:
